beaches Istro paraliaki©

… picturesque town with a lake, marina and port / the highest jet-set place / former fishermens’ village / unique culinary experience at the tavern with the roof made of palm leaves resting next to the sea

We’ll start for a picturesque town Ag. Nikolaos featuring the lake that has no bottom according to the legend. Through the highest jet-set place Elounda we’ll reach the former fishermen’s village Plaka. There we’ll embark the boat to islet Spinalonga which has remains of Venetian and Ottoman architecture, also known as the last Europes’ lepers colony. After returning to Plaka we’ll drive to one of the most beautiful islands’ beaches Istro paraliaki to swim and enjoy late lunch (grilled octopus or souflakia, greek salad and a glass of wine or beer or soft drink) at the tavern with the roof made of palm leaves resting next to the sea.

Those with enough energy will be able to wait for an unforgettable sunset.
